Kwagga Cuisine

The Kwagga Cuisine is the school's own restaurant, with a fully equipped training kitchen and function room.

In the training kitchen, learners are prepared for careers in a variety of professions in the hospitality sectors.Learners are also exposed to all facets of the hospitality industry.

This includes the following:

Setting up the function room for conferences, birthdays, business functions and weddings.

Elaborating and preparing menus for functions, as well as preparing food.

Flower arrangement and table decor.

Management of the kitchen at functions.

Table service of food and drink.

Our function room, Kwagga Cuisine, can be booked for conferences, weddings and other special events.
